We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Learn about our return process.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that meet the following criteria:

  • Product is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging
  • Product has not been used, tested, or sampled
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is provided
  • Product is in the same condition as when received
  • All original tags and labels are attached

Exception: damaged, defective, leaking, or wrong items may be returned regardless of whether the seal is broken.

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at support@zafriya.com with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Receive Authorisation

We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number within 2-3 business days.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Since all orders include free shipping, refunds will cover the full product amount. If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will also cover the return shipping cost.

For orders paid via credit card, the refund will be credited back to your card. For other payment methods, we will contact you to arrange the refund.

Free In-Store Returns

You can return eligible products for free by bringing them to our store in Madrid. No return shipping costs apply for in-store returns.

Please bring your order confirmation email or receipt and a valid ID.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used perfumes and fragrances
  • Products with broken seals (unless defective/wrong item)
  • Testers or sample products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Non-Returnable'
  • Custom or personalised orders

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, leaking, or wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@zafriya.com with photos of the issue and your order number.

You must provide photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

Do not dispose of the damaged item until we have reviewed your claim and provided instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We are not responsible for items damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@zafriya.com with your order number.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process.
